IATA DANGEROUS GOODS REGULATIONS (DGR)

The year 2023 is unique when it comes to the transport of dangerous goods by air.
Starting from 1st of January all training for air transport of dangerous goods must be provided based on the competence of the trainees.
In addition, on December 31, 2022, the 3-month vacatio legis of the Polish „Act on the Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air” has  ended. That means that all Shippers must undergo IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations training in accordance with their job function if they want to ship dangerous goods by air from Poland teritory.

We have prepared for the changes in training programs in the transitional period and in 2023, based on 64th edition of the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations and IATA Dangerous Goods Training Guidance – Edition 1, all our trainings are provided ased on the competences of the training participants as it is set by Competency Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) polisy.
